Poor people are very vulnerable to abuses in many ways. Some people are as desperate for money as to sell organs to other people to get money. An example will be selling kidneys, which is short in supply for transplants. In 2007, the overall people who live in poverty is 37 million people. Poverty is not just in America, but in every place in the world. There has been programs that is helping those that are in need.
